Energy please!


Since we work out 5 times a week now (what has America done to us?!) we are in the need of energy bars! At least we believe we are.. They're so jummy!

But looking high and low for the perfect one, they were either too chewy, too sweet, to powdery (too much protein) or didn't taste good at all.

Then we were introduced to the Clif Bar. And we loves Clifs bars now.. They have sooo many different flavours! We're still in the process of tasting them all but at least we can give you some tips:

Cranberry Apple Cherry: Very good, fruity taste and crunchy bites
Blueberry Crisp: Yummy! Again, fruity and I love blueberry so this was a super;)
Carrot Cake: Too much cake. Good flavour but way to sweet.
Chocolate Brownie: Again, too cakey
Banana Nut Bread: A bit like banana bread, so if you like banana (I do I do!) - go for it
Oatmeal Raisin Walnut: I don't even like raisins, but this bar was way too good to throw away
Chocolate Chip Peanut Crunch: The name says it all - mmm
White Chocolate Macadamia: The first one I tried that got me addicted..

These are only 8 of the 19 flavours. Yes, we have a long way to go - but it's a good way. It's the American way;)
